Looking to exchange an item? We've got you covered!

We offer a hassle-free 7-day exchange policy, allowing you to exchange your item for a different size, colour, or style within that timeframe.

To qualify for an exchange, your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt) is also required.

Ready to exchange? Here's how:

1. Contact us at team@drippingear.com to initiate the exchange process.
2. We'll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item back. 

Please note: An exchange handling charge of ₹150 will be applicable per order to cover shipping and processing.

Once we receive your return:

We'll inspect the item and notify you of the exchange approval within 10 business days. Once approved, we will send you the new product.
